These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by Us to the Customer and take precedence over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or cleaners. This includes harassment, intimidation, threats, explicit language, racism, and defamatory remarks. We will take necessary action, including legal measures, against any person involved in such behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without a refund. By engaging our services, you agree to this condition and acknowledge that no refund claims will be entertained.

All quotes are estimates based on the average house and room sizes. We strive to provide accurate quotes; however, quotes may change if additional factors are identified by Us or the Customer. Such factors include, but are not limited to:
The Customer must be contactable at all times, especially 1 hour prior to the job's start time. Failure to be contacted may result in the job being incomplete, voiding any warranty. Additional charges may apply for re-attendance.
The Customer is responsible for providing access to the Property and informing Us of any parking issues. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees.
Cleaners require unobstructed access to all areas requiring service. The Customer must provide access to electricity and running water. Heavy items must be moved by the Customer. Personal belongings and rubbish must be removed prior to cleaning.
A minimum $50 postponement fee applies if the Customer postpones the service on the due date. The full-service amount will be held as security.
Payments are to be made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer prior to the service date. Full payment is required before service commencement. Late payment fees apply for unpaid invoices.
Our Bond Cleaning Guarantee covers any issues identified by the Managing Agent under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008, provided they fall within these Terms and Conditions. The Guarantee applies only to the services engaged. Specific exclusions apply, and a detailed list can be found here
Refund claims will not be considered once the service is completed and We have vacated the property. The Customer must allow a re-clean or inspection of any unsatisfactory work before engaging a third party. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of the service to team@instantcleaningexperts.com.au. Include your name, contact number, date of the complaint, a detailed explanation, and the desired resolution. Failure to follow the complaints procedure may result in dismissal of the complaint.
